Frequently asked questions
What is a complete job?
It is a request iaExcel finishes and delivers, such as creating a workbook, saving an edit, or completing an analysis. Basic includes 12, Premium 30, and Plus 60 per month. Short questions use 0 jobs while you still have capacity. Once your plan's 12, 30, or 60 jobs are exhausted, access pauses until the monthly renewal or until you upgrade.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades may activate immediately with the applicable adjustment. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the start of the next period.
Does monthly capacity roll over?
No. Included jobs refresh every month, even when you pay annually. If you still have a historical balance purchased before this system, it keeps its original terms.
Do you offer student or education discounts?
Yes, we offer special discounts for students and educational institutions. Contact contacto@iaexcel.cl for details.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing discounts the monthly price: Basic and Premium include 2 months of savings, while Plus includes 1 month to keep its higher capacity sustainable. Your plan renews automatically every year.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown in CLP for Chile and in USD for Mexico and the rest of the world. You can change your country at any time and we'll save your preference.
