Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
Every request uses iaExcel credits based on the model and work performed, including greetings. Basic includes 10000, Premium 25000, and Plus 60000 iaExcel credits per month. If you start with a positive balance, iaExcel continues while credits remain; at 0, the work pauses until you top up or start a subscription.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades may activate immediately with the applicable adjustment. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the start of the next period.
Does monthly capacity roll over?
Your plan allocation refreshes each month, including on annual billing. Credit top-ups appear separately in your balance.
Do you offer student or education discounts?
Yes, we offer special discounts for students and educational institutions. Contact contacto@iaexcel.cl for details.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you 12 months of service for the price of 10. Your plan renews automatically every year.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown in CLP for Chile and in USD for Mexico and the rest of the world. You can change your country at any time and we'll save your preference.
