What are credits?
Credits are iaExcel's internal currency used to send queries to the AI. Each query consumes a certain amount of credits depending on its complexity and the model used.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately and are prorated on your next invoice.
Do credits roll over?
No, monthly credits don't roll over. Each month you get a fresh allowance based on your plan.
Do you offer student or education discounts?
Yes, we offer special discounts for students and educational institutions. Contact contacto@iaexcel.cl for details.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you pay 10 months upfront instead of 12, getting 2 months free (17% off). Your plan renews automatically every year.
What currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown automatically in CLP for users in Chile and in USD for the rest of the world. You can change the country (and therefore the currency) at any time using the selector at the top. Your preference is saved for future visits.
