Refund Policy

At iaExcel we offer refunds within 30 days of the purchase date.

This Refund Policy describes, in general terms, the conditions under which you may request a refund for a payment made for our products and services. We recommend reading it carefully before making any purchase, as well as reviewing our Terms of Service, which complement it.

By purchasing a subscription or credits on iaExcel, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the conditions described here. We aim to keep the process clear and reasonable, assessing each request according to its particular context and the information available at the time it is submitted.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the iaExcel platform. The 30-day period is counted from the date the corresponding payment is recorded, based on the data associated with the transaction.

Requests submitted outside this period may be reviewed on an exceptional basis, without this constituting an obligation or a guarantee of a refund. Each case is considered individually and according to the circumstances surrounding it.

General conditions

For a refund request to be considered, the account associated with the payment must be active and the information provided must match the transaction records we hold.

We may verify the use of the service and the information provided before processing any refund. This verification is solely intended to confirm the validity of the request and does not imply any prior decision about its outcome.

Subscriptions

If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days, you will receive a refund proportional to the unused time of the paid period.

The refund amount is calculated based on the time elapsed from the start of the billed period until the date your request is received. Cancellation stops future renewals, which generate no additional charges once processed.

If you choose to continue using the service after the first 30 days have elapsed, the subscription will be deemed accepted for the corresponding period.

Credits

If you purchased credits within the last 30 days, you will receive a refund proportional to the unused credits.

Unused credits are those that remain available in your account and have not been consumed by any process, generation or service at the time of the request. Credits that have already been used are not eligible for a refund.

The refund amount is determined based on the proportion of available credits relative to the total acquired in the corresponding purchase.

How to request a refund

Send an email to contacto@iaexcel.cl with your account email and transaction number. We will process your request within 5 business days.

To speed up handling, we suggest including any details that help identify your purchase. Once we receive your request, we may contact you to confirm some information before continuing with the process.

Refund processing

Approved requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your payment method may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider involved.

Where possible, refunds are issued through the same payment method used in the original purchase. We are not responsible for delays attributable to third parties beyond our control, such as banks or payment processors.

Payments processed through Paddle

Refunds apply only to payments processed through Paddle. For payments made through other methods, please check the specific conditions of each platform.
