We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2.2. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We will not be liable for any service interruption.
3. User Accounts

iaExcel services use generative artificial intelligence technologies. The following terms apply specifically to the use of our AI features:
5.1. AI-Generated Content

- We do not guarantee that generated content is 100% accurate or error-free
- You must verify the accuracy of all content before using it for important decisions
- AI models may generate inaccurate or biased information

7. Billing and Payments
7.1. Subscription Plans

- Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable
7.2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
7.3. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or completely accurate.
8.1. Limitation of Damages
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8.2. Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Termination

9.2. Effects of Termination
Upon termination of your account, you will lose immediate access and all data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy. We will not be liable for any data loss.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
11. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms constitute the complete agreement
- Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force
- No waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights without our consent
